Designer Notes

Australian Links were my first design that I had set in the Australian environment. This is a new GBC version. 

A large number of custom objects (70) were added to the original 25 that the previous version of the game allowed. Most of the textures were also replaced or altered.

The course's layout was also changed significantly, several holes were completely redesigned.

The downloaded .zip file includes five saved rounds, one to each pin, so that the player can try if he/she can play the course better than the architect.

Textures: 15 custom textures. The fairway, bunker and the green textures are altered textures from Citadel, the rest come from my own lab.
Objects: 95 custom designed objects were used in this project. 
Three of the objects objects (trees) were created by Michael Thompson and were used with some alterations. Thank you Michael!
There are also several objects that were borrowed from Citadel, the course I co-designed with D. L. Bunch. Thank you DanO!

Background: GBC original by the Designer.
Sounds: Altogether 13 custom sounds were used. Waves and Shore.wav comes from Saxe Gotha by Jim Dickson (I believe it originally came from Brian Silvernail), the rest were picked up from several Australian sites, pointed out to me by Mike New (thanks Mike, Jim, Brian).
